Immigration program for investors EB-5
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is one of the most popular pathways for foreign nationals seeking to live and work in the U.S. through investment. Under this program, investors must commit at least $1 million (or $500,000 in targeted employment areas) to a U.S. business. In return, investors, their spouses, and dependent children can obtain a green card, granting them permanent residency in the U.S.
Removal of conditions from green card
Once the investor and their family members obtain a conditional green card under the EB-5 program, they must apply to remove the conditions after two years. This step is essential for securing permanent resident status in the United States.
